Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original packaging must be intact
- Custom-made or altered items cannot be returned
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size or color within 7 days of delivery, subject to availability. Exchange shipping charges may apply.
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will guide you through the return process
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back to our address (provided by our team)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
